This essential mission allows, in first place, to identify any remarkable events that significantly affect the cost and deadline of a project.

The following phase consists of a contractual analysis of these remarkable events, and simulations of the consequences (financial and time-related) on the project progress.

In the end, Parlym Project Management makes proposals for action items, based mainly on the contractual obligations of the parties concerned.

Such a methodology allows our clients to be informed in real time of the failures or shortcomings of all the players in a project (Project Owner, Project Management, Companies, Subcontractors...) and to decide at their convenience on which measures to take and which contractual strategies to adopt.
